Originally born in St. Louis, Jesse moved to the Lake as a young child when his family relocated to the area and established a local heating and cooling business. By age 11, he was already working in HVAC service and new construction environments, gaining early exposure to how homes are built and maintained. A graduate of Camdenton High School, he later returned to the Lake to help grow the family business, spending nearly 30 years in the industry before transitioning full time into real estate.

Jesse’s interest in property began with renovating his first home in Osage Beach, where he saw firsthand the impact thoughtful improvements can have on value. Since then, he has built, purchased, and sold multiple properties personally and expanded into apartment investments, giving him practical insight into both residential and income-producing real estate.
