I discovered Jacobsen Appliances in 2011 while searching for a Sub-Zero refrigerator. Larry's helpfulness and expertise convinced me to buy from them. Even after the warranty expired, Larry addressed an issue at no cost. I've since purchased five appliances there, consistently receiving exceptional service and fair prices. Jacobsen's customer backing far exceeds that of box stores, plus it?s nice to support a local business. Great job!

I'm very disappointed in Jacobson. I purchased a Kitchenaid microwave oven combination unit. The installer Jacobson sent damaged our cabinet and acknowledged the damage. It's going on a year unresolved or settled, and when I called Jacobson for help, the answer was that it was my problem to resolve with their contractor. Since they chose the contractor, I expected their support. I think a box store would have given better support. I will not purchase...

I purchased a new dryer today. My old one was 15 years old and I had purchased it from Jacobsen's. Went into store and purchased a new one and it was delivered this afternoon. Already have done one load of clothes and it worked perfectly. I highly recommend this business. Best service and prices around!!! Delivered, set up the new and hauled the old one off. Couldn't ask for anything more!!!!
