Owner Robert Hulett grew up learning the trade alongside his father and later carried that hands-on work ethic into everything he builds today. After a life-changing injury ended his college football career, he redirected that same drive into construction and eventually opened his own MMA training academy in Columbia—while continuing to build at the Lake with a trusted local crew who lives and works in the area full-time.
