Maggie and George (Technician) have treated us so well dealing with warranty issues on a condo unit we purchased. The previous owner of the condo purchased a new heat pump heating and cooling system and install from DeGraffenreid. Maggie did not make things complicated for us in the whatsoever! This company and their employees treated us as if we were the original purchaser! Truly excellent business ethics and service!!!! Thank you!
